This document sets out the rules for the Giveaway campaigns (the “Lucky Draw”) conducted by OtterWealth (“OtterWealth”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility

To be an “Eligible Participant” and enter the Lucky Draw, you must:

• Be a Resident of Singapore (including Singaporeans, PRs, and holders of valid Employment Passes, S Passes, or work permits).
• Be aged between 21 and 55 years (inclusive) at the time of entry.
• Provide a valid Singapore phone number starting with +65.
• Not be an employee of OtterWealth or any of the participating financial partners.

2. Entry Requirements

• Participants must successfully submit the required lead form on our campaign platforms during the Lucky Draw Period.
• All mandatory fields must be completed.
• Each person is entitled to one (1) entry, determined by their unique phone number. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

3. Lucky Draw Mechanics & Bonus Entries

• Standard Entry: Each Eligible Participant receives one (1) entry into the draw upon successful form submission.
• 10x Bonus Entries: To receive an additional ten (10) draw chances, an Eligible Participant must attend a complimentary financial review session with an assigned representative from one of our participating partners.
• The assigned advisor will make reasonable efforts to contact you to arrange this session, which may be conducted online (e.g., Zoom) or via a physical meeting.
• Attendance is entirely optional and does not affect your initial eligibility for the giveaway.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be drawn randomly through an electronic generator.
• Winners will be notified via phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp within seven (7) days of the draw date.
• If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of the first notification attempt, OtterWealth reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
• Prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and subject to availability. OtterWealth reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative of similar value.

5. Data Protection and Marketing Consent

By participating in this Lucky Draw, you agree and consent to the following:

• OtterWealth and its related corporations may collect, use, and disclose your personal data for the purpose of administering the giveaway.
• You consent to receive direct marketing communications (including phone calls, SMS, or WhatsApp messages) regarding personal finance news and exclusive offers from OtterWealth and its participating partners.
• This consent applies notwithstanding any registration on the National Do-Not-Call (DNC) Registry.
